What is "APP" and "LIABILITY"?

I don't see any reference to the $700 acquisition fee that is mandatory for every lease.

The “APP” is for the window tint and nitrogen filled tires.. the “liability” is for infinity to pay off current lease (Buick) 2 months plus disposition fee.

Wow - $895 seems like a lot for those items.

Why trade out of your lease early? The QX50 lease program isn't likely to get that much worse, and you can avoid rolling over the $1100 into the new lease.

The wifey is just wanting a new car soon. And 287 x2 plus 495 disposition fee for infinity to cover sounded good. However they said they took that amount and added it to the discount price.. But still added it under liability price..

Yeah, those payments still have to be made, and it's common to roll them into the new deal.

The full sales tax in TX hurts any lease deal; $2000 of unnecessary charges adds over $50/mo to the payment.

Maybe, if you can get a big enough discount and they waive the $900 for tint and nitrogen.

Leasing in TX is just expensive.

Hello! Do they roll the taxes into the lease in TN as well? Trying to trade a QX60 lease in early for a new QX50 Essential. Monthly payment seems high to me and have been quoted from a few dealerships. Both have offered to pay the rest of the lease, which isn’t up u til March. 

Also, what is the MF and RV for an Essential AWD? Zip 37601.

What lease term and how many miles per year?

I believe TN taxes the monthly payment, each month.

My guess is that your existing lease isn't being paid off, but rather rolled into the new deal, which is why it looks expensive.

We are going to be over in mileage, so we figured we would trade in early. 39 months and 10k per year. Dealership states they would pay the rest of the lease not roll it in. Coming in at 545 with only first months down on an Essential AWD with price reduced to 46,000.

What is the MSRP?
What is the CAP cost the dealer is using for their payment quote.

The math is the math; if you can get us the numbers, we can determine what's going on with the old lease.

The CAP is 46,000

Current QX60 payment is 499 and lease is up in March. They are quoting 545 for QX50 AWD Essential with CAP at 46,000, with only first payment down.

With the prices provided, I calculate a payment of $478/mo plus tax.

My guess is the adjusted CAP cost is higher than $46K (possible, with fees and rolled over costs from the existing lease), or the MF is marked up.

Just trying to gauge a deal for a QX50 that my friend is thinking about getting. Its for 39/10 but she'll probably change to 39/12. Does it look like a good deal? The person she's dealing with didn't disclose the selling price but just going off the payments is seems like a reasonable price.

PA collects tax on the monthly payment, as noted in the bottom column.
So, why are they showing tax paid upfront on the right-hand column?

Haven't seen many PA dealers charge a set amount for registration ($495). Usually, it's the actual government charges, plus a small dealer fee. Is the dealer in PA?
