Ask for the adjusted CAP cost. I'll guess that it's higher than the number given to you.
Also, find out exactly what the amount due at signing is. FL dealer are known for egregiously high dealer fees and all sorts of padding.

You are absolutely right. According to the dealer, that was just shown as the tax if buying the car. The actual tax will be $42.97/mo for the 36 months. So that makes the pre-tax monthly $493.93 which is higher than the $482/mo you had. Does that mean there's $11 in negotiation room? Is this a good deal?

That's a little higher than your quoted payment.
I don't see the $700 acquisition fee.. maybe, that's in the CAP cost?

One MSD would take it to the minimum MF of .00001.
That would save about $7/mo.+tax

Are you in WA? Why would you have $2059 sales tax? WA taxes the monthly payment.
It's possible that the $2059 is just an informational line, showing the amount of sales tax collected over the life of the lease. But, not part of the calculation.

.00001 after one MSD.

The security deposit is the pre-MSD payment, rounded up to the next $25 increment.

Frankly, I'm not sure I would bother for just one.
