Well I'm talking to the sales manager in an hour. I think it's a no money down deal, except for first month and tax it looks like. But there are amounts I want to understand. Under Gross Cap Cost the is a $999 charge for addons. Not sure what that is. There is also $1,115.50 in charges for fees. Not sure what that exactly is. Also they are charging a $799 predelivery charge and a $700 acquisition fee. Is that normal? Thanks for your help. This forum has really educated me on leases!

Your "Due at Signing" box makes it look like ZERO
You don't pay tax upfront in FL, it's collected on the monthly payment

$700 acquistion fee is normal

$799 and $999 are garbage fees, but it looks like you are getting a big discount. If the monthly payment is low, and it's ZERO due at signing, how they allocate it is irrelevant.

So it is a no money down deal. Everything is rolled in to the lease. So the payment is $427 for 39/10. The selling price is $35,754

The payment is correct for 39/15, with $1300 upfront.
The $1300 isn't all CAP reduction as listed.
All but $145 of it is going to pay the first payment and fees (though, that doesn't add up to $1155).
Looks like there is about $285 missing somewhere. Maybe some sort of extra OR fee?

2 year leases are available, but not favorable to the customer. Stick with 36 or 39 month terms.

question about extended coverage package....I imagine this is negotiable but feel like I am paying more than the usual and don't know if there is any place I can find out what the usual rate is for a full extended coverage package on an infiniti QX50. It covered wear and tear, oil changes, tire rotation, tires/rim damage, installing tint and some paint protection thing. I would imagine that should be around $10 extra a month. Again, any way to find out what the standard at Infiniti is?

We don't have that information.

It's typical for those sorts of maintenance insurance plans to be extremely marked up.
I'll guess they want $3000 or more, for all of that.

With the MSRP and selling prices provided, I get $420/mo plus tax. Dealer quote looks to be in line.

Is the $1400 in addition to the $1750 trade equity? Do you know how all of that is being used?
