If it was in the service loaner/demo program, it would qualify for everything, as long as it was under 5K miles.

An executive demo is likely a BMW corporate employee short term lease. That might have different rules.

Can you comment on the attached?  Numbers are for 12k at 36mo for Connecticut.  Demo with 3800 mi.  I see the are using wrong resid and they said it’s lower for my benefit.  Not happy about their lack of honesty.  Amount paid by customer is supposed to be TTL first month.

The residual should be reduced $950 to account for the miles. I get a payment of $769/mo plus tax, or $817.43 (still 6.35% in CT?). Close, but I don't see how they can adjust the residual beyond what's allowed by BMWFS.

The residual percentage they wrote it is wrong.

Take the residual from the right hand column and divide by the MSRP and it's 56.66%, which is about right, considering the zero mile residual is 58%

Also, I think there is a tax surcharge on vehicles over $50K in CT (but, that could be wrong)

The discount is not big enough for a service loaner, especially with a $600 dealer fee.
