From West Virginia (26062) but likely to purchase in Pittsburgh, PA if that matters.

Additionally, I see Lease Cash and other incentive mentioned in these forums often. I use the lease payment calculator provided on this site; where would these incentives be applied?

Thanks for the above, just to confirm: there is no lease cash on the Ultimate AWD at the moment? From earlier posts it appears that there is lease cash on other variants (including Ultimate FWD), is it missing on the AWD?

Are dealers obligated to provide the lease cash? The dealer I'm working with is refusing to do so and unfortunately, inventory on these is pretty limited.

I don't know if Hyundai lease cash is a dealer or customer incentive. But, if Hyundai is providing $3000 of incentives, the cars can't be selling that well. Find another dealer.
