    Thank you very much. Two dealers with identical RTL-E's (each with a MSRP of $42,915), gave me a RV of $28,323. That's a RV based on the full MSRP, not a discounted selling price (lowest total sale price I've been quoted thus far is $37,788). Shouldn't the RV be figured against the sale price (in this case, $24,940)? Or is RV always figured off of the MSRP?

    Just wanted to share our end of July deal here in Indiana.
    We ended up with a 36/12K lease on the RTL-E ($42,965 MSRP) for $379 a month plus tax with first month due at signing.
    Purchase price was $37,500.
    Gross Cap Cost (with $595 acquisition and $215 dealer fees) was $38,310
    Residual was $27,927 (65% residual)
    Money Factor. Not sure. What I can best re-calculate is that it was a .00166 money factor -- Lease is not from HFS, this was done by dealer with Midwest American Credit Union).
    There was a $656 cap cost reduction for the + equity in our '17 Accord lease trade-in vehicle.
    Hope this helps others.
