    First time leasing and after weeks of research and my driving habits, Leasing is a far better option for me. Thanks all!

    Looks good, with so little out of pocket.

    If you can get another $1000 off the selling price, you'd be pretty close to the $250/mo target.

    Got the dealer to write up a lease deal... something doesn't add up as I use their numbers and I get a payment that is about $43/mo less ($355.28 vs. $312.75). Cap cost reduction is $644.72, but I'm not sure what that is going towards (it's roughly equal to first month payment and doc fees). The biggest differences is that they are coming in with a much higher MF than what was communication via this forum. This dealer doesn't seem interested in negotiating the MF. They also wrote it up as 12K when I asked for 15K and said 15K would be "about $30/mo more". Would like to do business here as they're giving me a good deal on a CPO vehicle as well, but we'll see...

    MF is marked up from .00001.

    Don't negotiate anything else until you get them to agree to the base MF. If they are unwilling to deal, find another dealer.
