I wouldn't start a lease with $3000 up front - most of that money is at risk if the car is stolen or totaled.

Given the nature of the lease program, looks decent.

Yeah I should probably ask them to calculate it with zero down as well and compare.

Just one! I know, I know... what does ZR2 have to do with XC60. I'm just undecided about whether I want serious off road ability or not.

$1500 is available for lease or purchase; $750 for lease only.

The allowance is for any sale or lease
The lease bonus is for leasing only

But, both of those are Volvo-to-dealer incentives.
So, you don't really apply them anywhere. Hopefully, your negotiated price is $2250 lower, because of them.
