If that's on the Inscription, then the MF is marked up by .00020. Of course, the residual is correct, as they can't alter the bank's number.

Nothing wrong with telling them you want the base rate of .00062. You don't even have to tell them how you know.

If you leave every dealership that doesn't give you what you want on the first offer, you'll do a lot of traveling.

As a lessee, you aren't eligible for the credit.
The rebate is their way of passing it along to you.

First, CA taxes the monthly payment on a lease, so you can skip that step.

The $700 is likely the acquisition fee of $695 - that's mandatory by the bank.
Ask the dealer what the $289 in Options are - that could be junk

The disposition fee is not paid until the end of the lease, and only if you don't buy/lease another Volvo or buy it out at the end of the lease.

The DMV fees in CA are usually 1.1% of the MSRP, or close to $600. I'd ask the dealer about that, as well.

Are you planning to pay the fees up front, or roll them into the monthly payment?

Adding all of your fees in gives me $619/mo.

I notice you are missing the acquisition fee. It's $695, often marked up to $995. But, that wouldn't make up for $43/mo.

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost and verify the money factor used. Make sure the adjusted CAP total is consistent with the amounts you've been given.

The quotes with more money upfront are just you pre-paying part of the payment.

I added up all of the fees you listed for an adjusted CAP cost of $53,677.

With that adjusted CAP, the calculated payment is $619.

Your math is correct for the example I gave.

If you use their adjusted CAP cost, you'll get $653/mo. (which is still off by $9/mo.)

The adjusted CAP cost difference is $1294.
As I mentioned before, the acquisition fee is not listed. $695 base, and often marked up to $995.
If we assume they charged $995, then you are looking for $299.
That's likely to be a garbage fee or "dealer option" of some sort.

Ask them to break it down for you.
Also, verify that money factor.
