    Hey! After lots of negotiations, the dealer has given me this deal and they’re saying it’s the best deal they can give. What do you think? Please let me know if it’s a good one and if I should go forward with it. Thank you

    The money factor is marked up from .00100 to .00120.
    That basically takes your $721 of upfront CAP reduction and gives it to the dealer.

    Along with the $2750 Mercedes to dealer incentive, that is $3500 of your $6800 discount, making the effective dealer discount about $3300 on an MSRP of $69K. (4.8% off MSRP)

    Sort of skimpy, IMO.
    With $3000 upfront, I'd want a payment around $750/mo, including tax.

    But, this dealer says it's the best they can do, so it's either take it or shop around at more dealers.

    Thanks Michaell -- they are offering about 11.4% off MSRP plus the employee fleet discount, so that's better than 15% off MSRP for a brand new, in stock car. That's before license, fees, taxes, etc., and Minnesota charges a higher sales tax rate for leases. Plus the relatively higher MF you quoted makes inclined to do a lease as I don't like paying the bank so much.

    Im now thinking of financing as MB has a rate of 2.99% up to 72 months. I would do a 50% downpayment and 36 or 48 months on the balance. I currently have a c43 coming off of a lease and my dealer told me I can also 3 years of maintenance included and up to $500 waived off any damage to the c43 upon turn-in.
