13.5% before incentives applied plus $4250 rebate. It’s a dealer in jersey I have used before. He is very aggressive with pricing. I went back and forth with him for 2 weeks. He is also taking back my current lease 1mo early.

13.5% before incentives applied plus $4250 rebate. It’s a dealer in jersey I have used before. He is very aggressive with pricing. I went back and forth with him for 2 weeks. He is also taking back my current lease 1mo early.

The car is brand new in stock.

Subtract $1150 from the calculated residual, to account for the miles.

Total Fees: 1,764 = Acquisition 925; Processing 300 (crap add-on); 255 title/license/reg; 240 tax on cap cost reduction; electronic filing 44 (Dealer rounded down to 1,700 when he collected the fees === why? I don't know. Easier math?)
Gross Cap Cost 63,484
Rebates: 4,250 (was supposed to be 4,500 (3,500 lease credit+$1000 conquest) since we agreed to the deal verbally on the last day this was available and they asked for a downpayment to hold that deal on Sat July 6, but the rebate dropped for the July numbers on July 8)
Net Cap Cost 57,534 (Was supposed to be 57,320 in agreed upon deal)
RV: 40,992 (60% MSRP)
MF: 0.00178 (quoted at 0.00185, an admitted mark-up by the dealer upfront. Either way the final number was less than I had seen from other dealers, so it was acceptable. They dropped the MF to 0.00178 for the final deal to make the numbers work).
Monthly payment: 635.84
Monthly tax (PA 10%): 63.58
Total Monthly payment: 699.42

We "agreed" to a monthly payment of $699 on July 6. They made the numbers "work out" on July 8.
I don't like to be surprised with "new math" at the last second. I spent time at the dealers when I was presented with the new numbers convincing myself it was okay. I usually have buyer's remorse, so am still agonizing trying to see if I got a good deal.

I love the car and my wife loves the car...so I think it worked out.

We were working with June numbers that had the MF of 0.00165,which the dealer said were marked up. July numbers are lower .00145. RV was 60% for June.
