    This is a bit oddball, but do you have the buy rate APR for Owner's Choice "Lease"? ZIP is 76051
    Is it the equivalent of 0.00128 which is 3.072%? Dealer has been quoting me 4.75% I suspect there's big mark-up.

    Dealer is marking up the rate by 1.00%, which is typical, but which you should refuse.

    Hi ,

    Is it fair to ask 13-15% on a Demo Car with low miles but still a Demo car.
    Right now he is taking off 8.5% , told him not a good deal since i m getting 9% from other dears on NEW car.

    Not mod, but I've seen ~25% on demo 530i <5,000 miles. Too bad I was waiting for a 530e. I'd push for 18-20% depending on the miles.

    On a 2019, this late in the year, 15% off should be the minimum. As you note, you've received better offers on a new unit.

    MSRP: $64185.00
    Dealer Discount and Rebate: $12,993.00
    Vehicle price (Net after Rebate): $51192.00
    Monthly price: $799.00
    RV: $36853

    This is rolling in $5175 that I owe on my current car I want to get out of early, so that would add $143.75 a month off the bat. I'm not sure what the MF they're giving me is, or what rebates they're applying vs dealer discount. I feel they're marking up MF a bit and I could get a better deal. I've asked for a full break down of discounts, rebates, MF etc and am waiting to hear back.

    Not sure of the actual cap cost. Right now I'm just in email communication and trying to get specifics. All they sent me was what I put in my original post (MSRP, discount/rebate combined, Vehicle price (Net after Rebate), monthly payment, and residual).
