I know it would get sorted out through finance, but obviously everything they are quoting me is much higher than other numbers I'm receiving. No longer have paperwork but it seemed like all in it was about 11-12% off MSRP. I said no thanks and asked for 15% off MSRP. They gave me 14 but then wouldn't allow the rebates. So...am I wrong in my understanding of rebates? I thought you can use rebates after you agree to sale price. Car has about 4800 miles on it, they lowered the residual to 57.516% and the MF is .00182. 12K/36 zip 45236. Appreciate any all help to understand this.

They're just trying to claw back the discounts.

You want to target 15-18% off MSRP, before incentives

Oh, the MF is marked up from .00182.

Probably best to shop a different dealer.
