    What does the $2500 upfront get you?

    In CO, I've always gone into my leases with just the first payment due at signing. That would still be a pretty decent payment, relative to MSRP.

    I'd pass on the cap reduction, and take the higher payment.

    You'll lose that up front money if the car is stolen or totaled.

    Otherwise, it should qualify for the new car program.

    Subtract $0.25/mile from the calculated residual, to account for the current mileage.
    No lease incentives for 5000+ mile cars.

    You'll need 25%-30% off MSRP to get anywhere close to a good deal.

    Theres 3500~ miles, you subtract .25 cents per mile from the residual, correct?
