    I'm considering to lease a 2019 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Premium Sedan CVT in NJ 07024 or NY 10606. I want to do 24 months / 12K miles. Are there any incentives for 24 months lease, and what would the MF & RV be? Can you also give me the numbers for the 2.0i Sport CVT. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Frankly, I'd skip the 24 month term for Subaru, as the MF is awful (.00265, to be precise).

    I got a deal and they marked up the MF and also gave a residual of 58% for a hatchback, can I dispute the residual as well?

    I got a deal and they marked up the MF and also gave a residual of 58% for a hatchback, can I dispute the residual as well?
    58% residual is for 36/15

    They can't alter the residual. Ask them to clarify.
    The base residual number is for 15K/yr. They then add 2% to that for 12K/yr.
    Make sure you are reading it correctly. Sometimes it is listed as 58% + 2%.

    As far as the money factor, just tell them you won't do a deal with a money factor markup.
