The dealer came down to $290 but I just got an email from Ford offering $5k in private cash on an escape so going to do my due diligence there first.

Thanks. They offered $301/month with 0 down, first months payment on a 2019 Impreza Limited hatch auto. Showed me residual of 0.625 but not the MF. Msrp is $23,193 and sale price was $21,900. Im assuming this is not so great.

If they aren't showing you the MF, then I'd be suspicious it is marked up.

Then you need to get the adjusted cap cost; it's certainly going to be higher than the selling price. Find out what's been added.

That’s what I am guessing too. They have a $299 dealer fee and a $299 accessories fee. He already asked if I would take it today for $270 so I know they are hiding something.

I know this is leasing questions, but I can not find sales for 2019 base hatchback. Invoice is $19,133, MSRP $20,095. Seems NO ONE will deal for Edmunds FMV. CAn anyone point me to a fair purchase price using Subaru current 1.9% 72 month financing? Putting $2,000 down. THanks.

When you take the 1.9% financing, the dealer loses a $500 incentive that they get from Subaru on a straight cash deal. Edmunds TMV wouldn't reflect that, so target TMV+$500. Keep shopping, until you get your number.
