    First, thank you so much for your help. Obtaining lease numbers for those not in the business can be very difficult. I appreciate your time and effort in helping us be more informed.

    Secondly, I assume incentives are regional. Are there any web sites that will allow us to reliability look up these numbers? I ran across a site once that tracked close to your numbers, but I cannot remember where I found it.

    Lastly, would you mind posting for zip code 31904 the MF, residual, and incentives for 2019 Toyota Corolla LE for 36/10 and 36/12. Super appreciate it. Also, I assume you are in the business. What would you consider a reasonable mark down from MSRP as a good starting point?

    Hi. I am in Texas Zip Code 76006 and I am interested in leasing a 2019 Corolla LE Sedan for 36 months. Can you please provide the Money Factor and Residual Values for 12K miles/year as well as 15K miles/year for April 2019? Also, are there any cash incentives/rebates/dealer lease cash for Corollas this month? For being a current lessee of a 2016 Corolla, I have a $500 Loyalty Cash certificate that I want to stack on top of all other discounts. I hate when finance managers state that they already included Loyalty Cash in their quote as part of the dealer discount. I call BS with those dealerships. I need to see the Loyalty Cash on a separate row on the offer sheet. Anyways, as always, thanks in advance for all the great info you provide.
