I believe that the adjusted cap cost is about 49,167
I think the amount due at signing is comprised of 1400 that is adjusting the cap cost down.
and another 3500 related to lease turn in, first month, and other addons.

And, I'd work the sales price lower to offset the $699 processing fee.

I would advise against using the trade equity as down payment; you'll lose that money if the car is stolen or totaled. Pay the first payment and DMV costs only, and take a check for the rest.
