    Hi

    I was offered 8% off MSRP on a Executive demo (has about 1100 miles). They are giving $1000 for lease credit, $1000 conquest and additional $2000 (not specified, I think loyalty even though I don’t qualify).

    This would bring my monthly to $483.41. Is my calculation correct and do you think it’s a good offer? I countered with 15% off MSRP before incentives but they declined since car has 1000+ miles on it.

    MF: 0.00145 (thank you for this number!)

    search this thread for "loaner". 8% off is awful. You can get better than that on a new one.

    I signed a 36/12k lease on an 2018 330i loaner and got 17% off MSRP. It was an 2018 (I signed 5/19) and had 4800 miles on it but I would definitely agree that 8% is not a good deal.

    Small discount, plus marked up money factor.

    They don't provide the adjusted CAP cost (with tax and acquisition fee), but estimating it gives me a payment in the same ballpark.

    7% discount ($1500 more off) and base MF would drop payment by $70/mo, and that would still be a pricey lease.

    Where did they find the other $1000 rebate?
    If that is something you qualified for, then they've only dropped the price by $300, plus dropped the MF by .00010 (still marked up).

    I'd want to know where the rebate came from..

    I think you can get to $620/mo, with the same amount upfront.
