$1316 is not enough to start the lease, if that's what it includes. Ask for a specific breakdown of that amount, as the rest will be added to the selling price.

98033 is WA, where the sales tax is, I think, 10.25%.

WA, like CA, taxes the monthly payment.

I'd push for both the big discount and the lower APR. Lots of BMW deales to choose from if your current dealer doesn't want to play ball.

I wouldn't go into a lease with that much out of pocket - in WA, just first payment and registration (which is hefty enough, I've heard).

Everything else should get rolled into the payment.

That is a hard deadline. New programs will be released on 7/8 - could be better, could be worse. Nobody knows.

That is a hard deadline. New programs will be released on 7/8 - could be better, could be worse. Nobody knows.

You used to be able to lock in the rate/incentives based on the application date. You then had the option of picking the better program before delivery. The rates used to lock in for 60 days on the east coast and 90 days on the west coast. I don't know if BMW still does that but it doesn't hurt to complete your application online today.

Manufacturer rebate is $4,400, the rest is dealership contribution. I got a quote from a Miami dealer that is willing to do $41.7k otd but still at 3.99% APR.

Not enough detail to comment. What rebates do you qualify for? Is this new or loaner? What is dealer discount before incentives? What are your taxes and fees?

I have the following deal which was from June now moved into July

Msrp 56820
Negotiated - 48164 with 5406 discount and 3250 in additional incentives
Tax rate for lease in that zip code is 9%
Mf is .00165 and down to .0013 with max msd
Monthly is 556.87
Due - 6385 of which 4200 is msd , 995 is bank fee, 454 is doc fee , one month payment of 556 and missing 60

Before I sign wanted to make sure all the numbers work out - wanted to make sure I’m not missing out on any incentives and the mf are correct

Monthly payment: $533 taxes included

Car arrives first week of September as a 2020 model. (MSRP went up $500 for MY2020)

Dealer said in order to give that discount they had to mark up the money factor. Thoughts on deal are appreciated!
