Just signed the lease on 2019 330i rwd (black with Mocha interior - both were upgrades) in Houston, TX - 36 mos. 15k annual allowance. $2,500 down and $486 a month. 58% residual. When I pointed MF was high, they kept mentioning it was not a driver in this situation because of the program they were offering me (can't recall the name of the program). I end up approaching the deal in terms of true cash that I was paying over the term of the lease. Car MSRP was a shade under $55k. When backed in to the initial numbers the MF was 0.0021 (ridiculous).

$3250 the loyalty and other incentives and then he came down $5400. They broke it down as $7k for incentives and other discounts and $1.4k on another line. I can get you the exact description if that would help you get a deal.

I just discovered this forum...and I wish I had sooner before I leased my new 3 series earlier today.
Based on what I’ve been reading, everyone seems to have gotten incredible deals.
For peace of mind, can someone with knowledge tell me how terrible or decent I did ?
I got a 2019 330i M sport with the premium package with features such as the Harmon speakers.
the MSRP was $52,425
I’m getting a 36 month lease for $579 a month
with $4,200 down which they said includes tax and first months payment,
im also getting 15k miles per year.
and I have tier 1 credit, if that means anything.
so please, let me know how I did, I’m not a car guy by any means and I’m not a good negotiator.

That model doesn't lease all that well.. The residual is fairly high, but the incentives are low.

Ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and the money factor used.

If the fees include the $925 acquisition fee, then that is normal for WA.
The tax is the upfront tax on the rebate.


That is a very small discount, and the money factor appears to be marked up, as well. I certainly wouldn't pay $700/mo. to lease that vehicle for just 10K/yr.
