    Thoughts on this deal? 2019 330i convenience pkg, cockpit pro, heated seats, blind spot. My calculation has this deal at $445.00. Total driveoff is 1k. It's getting a bit beyond my skills at this point. We are only $13.00 apart on payment.

    If your total drive off is $1000, then you can't allocate all of that towards CAP reduction. The first payment has to come out of the upfront money, first. That is probably your $13/mo, right there.

    .00165 is the base MF, and is national, for BMW

    Different brands manage MF differently - model, region, etc.

    If you use MSDs, then the MF can be reduced to .00130

    I read that there is a $500 CA rebate on another forum, is that true? I'm not sure what CA rebate is however.

    Actually reading on BMW's website it shows $1250 lease credit. I think there is some discrepancy because on this offer it shows $1k for both loyalty/conquest but I know other dealers are getting $2k loyalty. Would you know why that is?

    Doc fee is capped, I think, at $141 in PA; expect it to be $400-700 in NJ

    Can you please advise what the residual and MF should be for a 330i base model, 36/10 and 36/12 terms in 33326 zip code? Thanks in advance for the help!

    It's time to lease again. I am in 92870 (Orange County, CA) and wanted to gauge what a good lease payment would be for a base 330i in the $42,500 price range. So what is a good payment with out of pocket of first payment and govt fees only?

    A rather vague question, not to mention subjective. A “good” payment at that MSRP, and with 10k miles/yr, would be about $380, IMHO.

    3,500 does not cover any MSDs, just cost of initiation of lease.
