The $2135 is what is due from you at signing.
The $1750 is used to reduce the CAP cost.
The upfront fees are the $925 acquisition fee, plus a hefty dealer fee (typical for MA, but still something to account for in deciding if price is good)

The amount due are the fees plus first payment plus upfront tax on the taxable fees (acquisition and dealer fee)

The total tax line is for information only, it isn't part of the calculation.
