This was the quote I got back from the dealer. Am I correct in assuming there’s an inflated dealer cost as a part of the $1700 and that the car discount should be more in the 18-20% range? Has been on their lot since 2/2019. Just trying to see what more I should go for. Car has 3100 miles on it.

You're getting about 14.5% off MSRP. You should target 15-18% discount for a loaner vehicle, so you're close, but still should be some room to discount.

For PA, you should only pay the first payment and registration costs at signing; roll all the other fees into the cap cost and make them part of the monthly payment.

$835 less upfront plus $8/mo. less, as well... $1100 better than your last quote.

Not bad at all.

MSDs will drop the payment by $27/mo.
The deposit will be 7 X $450 = $3150.

Definitely worth it. About $4000 due at signing with MSDs.

I am surprised BMW is not offering any lease credit incentive to move its remaining 2019 330i inventory. BMW is offering a $750 incentive on the newer 2020 330i. I thought the general rule was auto manufacturers discount older models more aggressively to make room for next years models. Is BMW offering dealer cash to move the remaining 2019 330i cars? What is BMW doing to clear out its 2019? Thank you, in advance, for your insights into the situation.

I don't sit in on the meetings where this stuff is decided. It's possible that the inventory of 2019 330's is low enough, in your region, to stop offering incentives.

We aren't aware of any dealer cash, but it's possible. Go in with an aggressive price offer, and see what they say.
