I haven't purchased a car in about 7 years and I notice a big change in the forums.  Instead of discussing prices paid.  Everyone is discussing mf and RV.  What happens to sharing the out the door price so we can understand what we should be negotiating for.  Has truecar certificates killed the art of negotiations?  Don't get me wrong as there is nothing wrong with leasing.  I too am looking to lease so the information is Def helpful in the forums.  Just don't know how helpful it would be if someone wanted to buy/finance.

The $461/mo uses the MSRP and Cap cost you provided; I don't know the tax rate so it's not included. It could be part of the $1472 up front - you'll have to confirm with the dealer.

Since the promotion from Mazda just changed from last week, the lease deals might be a bit different than what I got. In 19020 area code, I was able to get a very nice offer in my opinion. Below is an email from the sales rep. The deal was for 0 due at signing where they roll in the first payment in the lease deal and you would then have 35 more payments to make. The monthly payment also includes 9% tax. MF was .00042 and RV was 56% + 2% to make it 58%. The total incentive from Mazda was 2190 which included loyalty discount. Hope this helps.
