Just came back. they wouldn't budge from 469. according to my calculations it should be 490+ so i think it's still a solid deal. Going to shop around this weekend to see if any dealer will budge

I am very happy with a lease deal that I closed on June 18 for 2019 CX-9 GT AWD Black/Black. Below are the terms:

12,000 miles, 36 months
MSRP $43,845
Monthly payment $457.90 (includes tax at a rate 8.875%)
Down $1,472 that included first month, acquisition fee and new registration/plates.

On 7/5, one Mazda dealer in zipcode 02767 gave me a lease rent per month on 7/5, and yesterday when I reach back to him his monthly payment went up by $31 a month (this is for AWD GT and for 36/12k). I was under the impression that Mazda incentives do not expire mid-month. He claims that he had a "factory" incentive that expired yesterday, he said the MF and the residual did not change. Does Mazda have such "factory" incentive the expire mid-month? Thanks.

New progrmas were indeed released yesterday, after the holiday weekend.

We don't have the previous programs to compare, but it is possible that some special incentives for the holiday did expire.

Down: $350.00
35 remaining payments of $380.00 per month. This I don't understand, I gave down 350 which is stated in my contract its for the first month's payment and the other 35 payments are 380. At the end of the day, I got the number I wanted with very little money down but man, it's confusing.
