    Dealer now says that the 500 loyalty is applicable ONLY if MB mail you a certificate and that in my case it is not applicable as they are waiving the termination fee of my current lease.


    Can somebody explain to me how the loyalty incentive works?

    Check with a second dealer and see if you get a consistent explanation.

    Or, call MBFS and ask them directly about the loyalty qualifications.
