    Fico auto score 650 (or less) depends on version used. 
    I live in 95973 but may lease a car from a dealer in 92782, and have it delivered, if that matters. 
    RV and money factor for tier 2 pls. If I can get bumped into tier 2 based on decent income and paying off my current car 4 yrs ago.
    I know you answer so many questions here. 
    Are we allowed to ask you for other advice?

    Your analysis is accurate.

    I'd say that's a market-correct rate.
    Anything lower is an incentive to sell cars, something they evidently don't need on the 4Runner
