What is your location?
Sales tax rate?
What about your local DMV fees or dealer fees?

The $1000 is Mercedes-to-dealer incentive.. So, by definition, it's included in any discount they offer.

The acquisition fee is marked up from $795 base.

Looks like a pretty good deal. Of course, it never hurts to ask for a lower payment.

Actually, that is the monthly payment with the 3 year maintenance plan. Without it ($995 value), they're basically knocking $16 off per month. Seems like they'll be sticklers on this one. But I guess I should fight the bank fee?

Just knock $300 off the selling price to compensate.

FWIW, $995 divided by 36 is about $28/mo, yet they are only lowering the payment $16/mo without maintenance? MF may be marked up.
