    Michael,

    It turns out that we structured this deal on a 2019 RX450h anticipating that Lexus Financial would provide an early waiver allowing me to forego the final three payments on the lease, but now we have learned that my vehicle is not included in the program.

    So the numbers proposed have changed to fold the three payments into the lease deal.

    What before(with no MSDs) was a drive out with nothing DAS(Lexus pays first least payment) for a 39/12 lease with 38 payments (including the 7% tax) at $525/month is now $556/month.

    This still seems to be a reasonable deal, but my question is whether I should wait until the end of November/early December(my lease is up in December) to take a lease, either on a 2020 or a 2019 leftover.

    I looked back at history and it appears that the lease cash on the new models in December is typically 1/2 of what it is now on the 2019. Is it reasonable to assume this amount of cash back would be available from Lexus in December? And would it be reasonable to assume, given the current state of interest rates in the market, that the MF would be fairly stable?

    In other words, should I wait until the end of the year, or go ahead and take the $556/month lease deal now? Hope you can help.

    Why spread out the last three payments of your current lease over the next 36 months, and get nothing in return?

    If you don't need a car now, might as well wait until the end of the year. Generally pretty good deals, though I won't speculate on MF/RV/Incentives then.

    One thing to consider - finding a 2019 equipped the way you want, in the color you want, may be tougher then than now.
