    Cap Cost: $32,029.

$1000 doc fee? You have to be in Florida.
Why is Florida doc fee so high?
It's up to the dealer, and dealers suck in Florida.. ;)

Is your adjusted CAP for the "0 down" choice?

If that's actually $ZERO due at signing, not even first payment, then I agree with the math.

Even with the giant incentive and huge doc fee, that's not a bad deal.

    Yesterday, finally closed the deal.
Monthly payment $360.00 for 38 months (they said that's the best they can offer)
    Congrats! That's a good deal.

Mine was 0 down at the signing.
In the lease doc, they added $995.00 in section 4. Does this means I have to pay that at the end of the lease?
Is this the normal practice? Shouldn't this be in the main calculations when calculating the monthly payment?
Any guidance/clarification will be really appreciated.

According to the document, the amount Due at Signing is $1597.81, not ZERO.
The $995 doc fee is part of the $1597 amount.

Come back from that Florida dealer with a quote, and see how close you come to $299/mo.

Fine print: excludes $700 acquisition fee and $995 dealer fee...

I got several quotes for $289 with $1950 das. They will go even lower if I sign today. Bank and dealer fee are in every zero down deal.

This deal is SO EASY TO GET. it's plastered on every dealers home page in my area. This isn't even including vpp or loyalty. The 2019 Q50 aren't moving there are hundreds of them in soflo and the tech is so outdated.

    $360 with $1600 is a terrible deal!
  • Casio2020Casio2020 Member Posts: 24
Even if I put all the fees into the payment it will be $325 a month tops. And they will be only with first and tag for at signing.

With my $1000 ifs bonus it goes back to $299. I'm paying $269 currently. Also zero down.

$360 for such an outdated car is really a joke. Performance of a 4cyl and guzzles gas like a v8.

I see about $2300 in upfront on your last attachment
    $999 dealer fee
    $700 acquisition fee
    $310 first payment (including tax)
$200 title/registration fees (typical dealer fees for FL)
$120 upfront tax on the acquisition/dealer fees

Previous member's deal was $360/mo, with $360 due at signing (including tax)

Which is almost identical to $2300 due at signing + $310/mo (including tax)

Where do you see $360 das? I see $1600.

    His total payments $15,672

Mine would be $13,390 after loyalty. Assuming previous poster had loyalty as well because nobody in here is probably on their first Infiniti lease.

I know they will go even lower in person than over emails. Especially in November and December.

He easily left $2 Grand on the table.

Just quoted what he said in his post.

I believe you when you say you can get what you say.

But, the ads you are posting don't give that price. (as I noted, point by point, above)

I agree with the payment calculation, using that adjusted CAP cost.
Seems good relative to MSRP, but I don't know how low you can go.
Upfront sales tax is likely the tax on the acquisition fee, that you are paying upfront.

Guys... just a generic question. My lease paperwork says disposal fee $395 or buyout $395

I thought if I wanted the car I could pay $395 to buy it to avoid leasing a new car and paying crazy fees

But I was told if I buy it I have to go to the dealer and they want $995 and $295 e filing. This isn't in the contract anywhere.

Any way to buy a lease and not pay these scummy dealers another round of fees that I already paid on the car in the first place? I'm not willing to send another $1300 their way on my old car. That's ridiculous.

Can't I buy directly from leasing company if I choose that route? Maybe line up my own financing?

I believe the franchise laws in place prohibit the bank / leasing company from selling direct to the customer, so you'll have to engage with (a) dealer.

What I mean is that you don't have to use the Infiniti dealer you initially leased the car from; engage with other dealers close to you to see if one will waive the fees.

That depends on the leasing bank. VW makes you go to a dealer. BMW lets you buy directly from BMWFS.

The dealer thing is a ripoff.

    How does that look?

Is this Texas? Are you paying sales tax, or do they have tax credits?

Do you have the selling price or adjusted CAP cost?

Would appreciate any input on these figures. Dealer is saying no "The incentives go off on the MSRP not sales price". Am i calculating these incorrectly? I would have thought a '19 Q50RS can be discounted 12k and receive the incentives as well.

Hello, I 'm looking at the Q50 as an option to replace my C300. I notice many people here are asking about 39 month leases. Is that normal on the Infinity brand?

Yes, they often do 39 but you can ask for 36. Rates are slightly different.

One thing I don't like about 39 in CA as I would think in most states, you need to pay for a new registration at 36 months. For me on a '17 Q60 its nearly $600.

That seems unrealistic that you would get a $12K discount + incentives. Not sure how you came up with that.

Hello, I 'm looking at the Q50 as an option to replace my C300. I notice many people here are asking about 39 month leases. Is that normal on the Infinity brand?

How about the numbers and incentives on this?
    Annapolis MD 21401
    2019 AWD Luxe 12/36

    Thanks

Yes, Infiniti has been promoting 39 month leases for years.

    .00031 MF and 46% residual
    $4150 dealer incentive
    $2000 winter event bonus

For either 36 or 39 months

Yes, they often do 39 but you can ask for 36. Rates are slightly different.

One thing I don't like about 39 in CA as I would think in most states, you need to pay for a new registration at 36 months. For me on a '17 Q60 its nearly $600.

If the 39 month numbers are the same as 36 (as in this case), then with the low money factor, you are virtually leasing the car for $20/mo for the extra 3 months. Still a good deal, even with a $600 fee (of which you lose about $450).

In other states, the registration can be as low as $30-$40 annually, so it's a no-brainer.

Would appreciate any input on these figures. Dealer is saying no "The incentives go off on the MSRP not sales price". Am i calculating these incorrectly? I would have thought a '19 Q50RS can be discounted 12k and receive the incentives as well.

That seems unrealistic that you would get a $12K discount + incentives. Not sure how you came up with that.
Your link doesn't take me to Leasehackr

Hi KYFDX Thanks for the advice.
If there is $6,800 lease cash how much discount should one expect off MSRP for a 2019? Appreciate the feedback.
Lets try another calculator link this time taking 10% off MSRP. Doesn't seem like a good deal :) Thanks again.

    $563/mo, all-in for a $58500 MSRP vehicle doesn't look bad to me..
