86% Residual? I do not know much about this things sorry, but seem high, and i am just saying it because i went and plugged the numbers in leasehacker and gave me a monthly of -$12. Something i am doing is very wrong.

It does include $650 acquisition fees and freight.

Can you get the dealer to provide you with a copy of the lease worksheet? That might help clear up the numbers.

It's a long story, but the short version is, this was a quote done in Feb. I had to wait for a specific truck to show up, which it did,,,in March. Now that it's ready I asked for a quote. Based on your info I've asked them to once again re-do the original quote. What I really loath is the complete and utter lack of transparency and the dealers' making every attempt to screw the consumer. Let this be a lesson to ALWAYS Trust but verify...
I'll let you know what they say...i'm sure it'll be a good one...

"..The special lease rate that you saw is in lieu of the $1,000 rebate. So you could take that, but it means you pay $1,000 more for the truck. The difference in the standard vs. special rate is smaller than $1,000 so the rebate is the better offer.

I just wanted to check back in to give you the scoop regarding my original post. I picked up the new truck last night. I actually wound up rolling everything into the lease and paid only the first months payment of $389.xx.
for a 12k/36month lease on a 2019 Tacoma Off Road/4WD/Double Cab/5' Bed, manual transmission truck with the premium & technology packages, in zip code 21030. Residual was 79% and the MF was their current "special" rate of .00231. I did NOT apply any MSD's either.

.00285 MF is the standard rate, I think. Yes, you should be able to use MSDs with that rate, but not with the lower rate.

Could I get the MF, RV and incentives for a 24/12 on the SR and SR5 Double Cab 4x4 in 80211? Also, does doing max MSD's get the price lower than an incentivized MF? If so is the standard MF .00285?
