That's for Tiers 1-3 (700+).

The Tier 6 MF is .00338 and they can mark it up by .00040 for .00378.
Tier 6 is 640-659 FICO score

If your credit score is 707, and you have auto debt history, that just seems wrong.
The Tier 6 credit rate, plus the bump are adding $45/mo. to your payment, more or less.

I'd ask some hard questions about your credit score, and also refuse any dealer markup to whatever rate you qualify for.
