    Thanks. I’m about to negotiate my first lease deal this weekend. Does this mean I should aim to get 0.0001 MF on my contract and that’s the lowest NMAC will do? Also, the $2450 incentive is off of MSRP or is it off of my negotiated Cap Cost?

    Yes.. that is the base money factor, and it's the one you want.

    The $2450 is a consumer incentive. When you get offers, you have to find out if that includes the incentive (likely), or if the incentive is a further reduction from their price. And, do the same when you make counter offers.

    I got a great deal on a Rogue Hybrid lease by getting numbers from these forums. My parents are thinking about doing the same thing but it's easier for them if I ask the questions online.

    They live in ZIP code 53024 (Milwaukee, WI area) and are considering both of the following so I am wondering if I can get residual, money factor, and any incentives for leases on the following:

    2019 Nissan Rogue Hybrid SL AWD 36/15

    and

    2019 Nissan Rogue (non Hybrid) SL AWD 36/15

    both for ZIP 53024
