Hey folks. Currently have this offer on a 2019 GT RWD, and would like opinions:

$465/mo, 36/10 with $0 down.

MSRP: 40,895 (43,309 after dealer add-ons)
Discount: 6,300
Rebate: 6,400
Adjusted Price: 30,609
Taxes and Fees: 1,674
Total: 32,283

Something isn't adding up though. They are showing the dealer add-on cost in their offer presentation, but seem to be using MSRP in their actual calculations. That's the only way I can get to their $465 number (and even then I need to include $465 as a first payment).

They are also using a MF of .00231 and a residual of 50%, neither of which agree with what kyfdx reported here yesterday.

Questions:

• Which value do you use when calculating a lease, MSRP or price after dealer add-ons? I answered this one myself: MSRP
  
• How do you factor in first payment? If it's wrapped up in the cost of the lease do you really end up making only 35 payments on a 36 month lease?

Generally, dealer added options don't increase the residual value. They should be avoided on a lease.
Dealers can markup the MF by .00040 for extra profit.

I was reading the section of honoring my full term contract as honoring the remainder of the lease and paying for 3 lease payments on the new car, but it says contract mileage. My current lease is about $250/month, and I most likely will have to do some minor repairs before returning at the lease end that'll cost about $200, so it might still be worth it when factoring in the waiving of the disposition fee too.

And I'm looking for the numbers on the RWD.
