Yahoo! Just took delivery of our new lease on a G70 2.0T Sport manual, southwest Florida. Nothing down, pure walk-out lease for $460 month/36 months/10k miles per year ($433.96/mo + tax). At signing, I also added road hazard protection for an extra $15.81 (inc. tax) for remaining 35 months. Car came with first aid kid, mud guards, rear bumper applique, and cargo mat. Had to be retrieved from Jacksonville Genesis, whom had already added window tinting and door edge guards, but this was not added to the cost of my car (basically got those two add-ons for free). ASTOUNDINGLY nice car! Siberian Ice with Gray interior. This car is a looker, and has gotten a ton of thumbs-up from people. Thank you, @kyfdx , couldn't have negotiated this deal without your numbers; I literally had my Excel spreadsheet on my phone when I arrived at the dealership, to make sure their numbers matched with mine!

Just had one of the most unprofessional experiences at a dealer in South Florida. Here is my deal offer sheet. The sales associate did not know what the fees represented or any of the numbers for that matter, and when I asked to speak with the manager, they were too busy. I tried to negotiate 8% off the msrp and then add the 4k + 1k (autoshow) incentives after. They gave me a final offer written in blue ink on the bottom left. I left. This was for a g70 RWD automatic 36/12. Any feedback would be appreciated. 

If anyone can recommend a sales associate or manager in South Florida, please let me know.
