I do not see any lease incentives for the E-Pace.

The $3000 is a purchase incentive only.

Pretty sure that the base acquisition fee is $895, and is not able to be marked up.

Roll it in.. it's taxable, either way.

How is .00001 MF even possible? Getting initial quotes and they started at .00071, down to .00051, and she's going to try and get us .00035. They are claiming not too much room between invoice and MSRP, maybe about $3k. Right now they are around $688/month without the tax on a 36/10 lease. (E-Pace R Dynamic HSE model MSRP $60.5, selling price $57.5). Look like a good deal?
Just wondering how I am seeing quotes of around $7k off MSRP to finance or pay cash. Do you know if Jaguar is offering rebates for financing on purchase?

It's possible if you insist on it - tell them you won't sign any deal unless it includes the base MF.

$5000 is a lot to put upfront on a lease.

What is your location? California?
If so, the bank fee is $895 and the other $85 is a doc fee.

With the numbers given, I get $625/mo+tax, so pretty close.

But, with the $1775 dealer incentive, they are only discounting a further $1225, plus marking up the money factor.

I'd want a bigger discount, and the base money factor. The markup is adding about $30/mo. to the payment.

And the fees and such are part of the monthly payment, or are you paying them up front in addition to the $2500? I would get complete clarity from the dealer on this point.
