Thank you for the timely reply. I'm recently learning about leasing options in preparing for an auto purchase. That said, when you say "$2500 lease cash" that pertains to first monthly payment, incl. fees (documentation, title, reg, plate fees, GAP insurance, etc., correct? Specifically, does it include some cash toward a down payment, as well? If so, how much?

No... the $2500 lease cash is a Ford-to-consumer incentive.

OK, thanks. As I mentioned, I’m learning about what to look for when leasing a car. At a dealer I visited recently, I inquired about the Residual for an auto and was told “it’s a new car and the residuals haven’t been released”, yet I discovered this thread in my search, so the info is out there and available. Can you please tell me how you are able to provide this info when the dealers claim otherwise?

Because they would rather keep you ignorant. The more you know, the less they are able to monkey with the numbers to their advantage.

That said, the residual is fixed by the bank, so it is one part of the lease deal the dealer cannot alter.

Thank you. Question: The money factors listed on this post, are they for A1 or A+ rated customers? Recently, I was at a Toyota dealer and the salesman showed me a list containing various money factor tier rates which were applicable depending upon a person’s credit rating e.g. T1, T2, T3, etc. whereby the money factor rates increased the lower a person’s credit rating.

Yes, what we quote is for top tier credit.

And, a lower credit score will result in a higher MF or APR
