    The MF is .00001, not .00010. Confirm the MF, and if the higher one, tell them you won't sign any deal unless you get the base MF.

    The documents don't provide a lot of detail. You need to have them provide you with the lease deal worksheet, not some mashup that shows a bunch of purchase-only numbers, then a lease payment that doesn't tie into any of them.
