Lease incentives fall into two categories:

Factory to dealer - this incentive will show up as a lower offered price by the dealer; factor the incentive into your negotiations to get the best price. Not required for the dealer to disclose.

Factory to customer - this incentive will show up as a cap reduction (down payment) on the lease contract

Lease credit is factory to dealer; lease bonus is factory to customer (at least, that's my opinion, and I'm sticking with it)

As, @Michaell noted, the lease bonus for Audi is a consumer incentive, applied as a CAP cost reduction.

Hoping you guys could provide some guidance. About to close the deal on a 2019 A4 but the dealer is quoting me .00079 for MF they claim that the regional rebate i received for $1500 increased the mf from .00012 my region is 19460.

So my question is do rebates of any type actually affect the MF or cause them to increase for that matter? 

This sounds like total BS to me, is the dealer trying to fool me?

Generally, inclusion of incentives does not affect the MF.

Me thinks the dealer is trying to scam you for a markup. Tell them you won't sign a deal unless you get the base MF.
