    Also, if current lease incentives are good, is it generally better idea to go with lease and purchase at the end? (for example, there are no offers whatsoever on purchase on the telluride that i can see).

    SX
    .00189 MF and 64% residual. $4100 lease cash
    .00183 MF and 60% residual. $2500 lease cash

    I wouldn't go through all that, given these lease incentives, especially with the high money factors.

    If the quoted MF is higher than what we've given you, they are trying to take money out of your pocket.

    Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll find another dealer.

    I am curious to hear if it is normal that in the Houston TX area dealers are including a market price adjustment of $6.5K-$8K on top of MSRP for the Telluride SX? Is this also happening in other cities/states?

    We don't have that info for Kia

    Generally, the reduction is in the range of .00060-.00100.
