    What specifically does the $5K out of pocket cover?

    The Telluride has a meh lease program to begin with, and the lack of discounting in this case doesn't help.

    Selling price is 49k, I assume they are adding to msrp due to demand as I think sticker is 47ish.
    The 2k down is straight cash.

    Yes, the SX is often sold at a price higher than MSRP.

    So, $2000 total out of pocket, or $2000 plus first payment, fees, etc.?

    I am looking for leasing a 7/8 seater SUV with middle row bench seats and leather seats. Not hung on any brand. What would be the recommendation for zip 75035? What are the MF and Residual for your recommendation

    I agreed to put 2k down, wasn’t sure what it covers. I was just curious what my payment would be with those terms/assumptions. I did not see any offer of cash back, either through Kia or elsewhere. His payment of 750 seems real high, so just trying to see if I am getting screwed. Thanks.

    $750 is in the ballpark, with those prices.

    The Telluride in general, and the SX trim in particular, does not lease real well at the moment.

    Price hikes above MSRP just make it worse.

    Why are these RV’s so variable? I’m seeing 63% in other areas???

    I confirm those numbers.

    Higher residual is either for a different trim or a shorter term; dealer cannot alter them.

    Still doing lease comparison to find a good deal on an SUV. Checked out a Telluride and my wife really liked it. Could I get the numbers for an EX AWD for 97124 please? 12 and 15k year 36 months. I'd like to see where they come out.
