I was looking for Costco pricing, filled out the form and got a call back pretty quickly. After I told the salesman what I was looking for I never heard back. I even followed up two days later and never got a callback. The only thing I can think of is that they are selling over MSRP and do not want to deal with Costco's pricing? First dealer came back with 0.00228 MF and a $751-$761 with $0 down on a $43,340 MSRP, $2,900 rebate, which sounds absolutely ridiculous.
Wondering if I should even bother shopping around - it that MF and rebate is right, I won't bother trying to negotiate. I'll start look at the '19 Sorento which looks to be leasing well.

Dealer can mark up the MF .00040 - which your dealer has done.

As noted, the Telluride is quite popular, and dealers are not discounting them much (or, charging above MSRP in some cases).

Sorento should be much more budget friendly.

We are working with a dealer on a 36/12 lease and he says residual is 59%. I think it’s low but he says Kia sets residual and he can’t do anything about it.
