    Can someone verify if this is a good deal for a 2020 330i xdrive demo car

    MSRP 54,220, Discount $6835, Rebate $2750, balance of $44,635 plus tax, tags, acquisition fee of $925 and processing fee of $299.

    $499 lease (12k miles) and $484 lease (10K miles) with $4000 down. Money factor used was .00142 and a 61% residual for 10k miles and 60% for 12k
