I am being quoted the following on a 2020 M340i xDrive Sedan:
MSRP as Built: $59,075 Total price with the Destination and Handling is $60,070
36 Month Lease 12k Miles Per Year .00142 MF 60% Residual $2000 rebate $57,967 is the sale price $782 is the payment which includes 10% PA Tax $1,291 due at signing
The discount doesn't seem good at all. I think the payment should be somewhere in the $600's based on what i am reading around here.
Let me know.
Thanks in advance!
I confirm .00142 and 60% $1000 lease credit $1000 conquest (I'll assume)
The adjusted cap cost would be under $55K to achieve that payment.
Always push for a bigger discount; use this link to help with your price research:
Thank you. He said there would be another $1000 for lease loyalty, but won’t seem to move on the what I think is a poor discount off MSRP. He said they don’t do 10% off MSRP and doesn’t know how dealerships make any profit by doing that.

Guess you'll need to check with other dealers and find out if that's true or not.
Looking for lease numbers for 2020 330i X-drive for 36/10 lease in 22315. Local bmw dealer has a bunch of these cars listed under pre-owned section but with under 1K miles and the listed discounts are 8-9K from msrp - never seen that on a bmw.

Those are likely service loaners. Many BMW dealers list them all for sale (which they are).
2020 330i Current deal offer: MSRP: 42,690 Sales Price: 37,190 + TTT 4k Down $424 per month.
I think dealer has raised MF.
Thoughts?
Questions: Lease term and miles per year? What does the $4K up front represent?
MSRP: 42,690 Rebates+Discount: 5,500 (Incentives being applied on this deal is $2250) Sales Price: 37,190 Dealer says residual is $25,614. The MF is .00162. (Can I get this lower?) Tax: $1,155 (Zip: 30075) Tag/Title: $743 3k Down - $455 a month.
I think with those numbers and 3k down more like $375 is the number. Thoughts?

.00142 MF and 60% residual $750 lease credit
I think the payment is too high.
$37190 +$1155 tax +743 tag/title +$925 acquisition fee +$455 first payment = $40468 - $3000 upfront = $37468 adjusted CAP
Even with the inflated money factor, I get $432/mo. (vs. $455) With the base MF = $419/mo.
I'll guess there is a big dealer fee, that they haven't disclosed.
I was hoping you could take a sanity check on the two different deals I've been quoted for a 330xi in Rhode Island. Both are 36 months/15K miles:
Model 1: 330xi, luxury mode MSRP: $53,820 Net Cap Cost: $45,992 MF after 7 MSD's: .00107 Residual: 58% Sales tax: 7% Up-front payments: $420 doc fee, $925 destination, $250 registration and then 7 month MSD's + first month Monthly payment: $527
Model 2: 330xi, sport mode MSRP: $58,670 Net Cap Cost: $50,357 Same MF, residual and sales tax as above Same up-front payments as above Monthly payment: $582

The math is correct on both quotes. Guess it comes down to which one you like better.
FYI, the $925 is not destination; it is the bank acquisition fee, and we recommend you roll it into the monthly payment.

Gotcha, thanks. Beyond rolling the $925 into the monthly payment, do you think these look like reasonable prices? They seem competitive with what I've negotiated in the past, but am curious if you see anything that looks unfavorable. Cap Cost is coming in at 14-15% off MSRP which I think is a fair outcome.

Does your quote include loyalty incentive?
Yes, They have both the $2K loyalty incentive and the $750 lease credit built in there.

MSRP: 42,690

Dealer says residual is $25,614. The MF is .00162. (Can I get this lower?)
Tax: $1,155 (Zip: 30075)
Tag/Title: $743

I think with those numbers and 3k down more like $375 is the number. Thoughts?

Payment: 562/mo
Total Drive-Off: 1869.44
MSRP: 47,585.00
Adjusted Price: 42,950.00
Taxable Fees (Estimated) 925.00
DealerDoc: 144.00
Tax: 83.25
Non Tax Fees: 154.97
Balance: 44,257.22
I was hoping to find a deal in the $450 range - is that unreasonable given the price point?
$750 lease credit
I think the payment is too high.
$37190
+$1155 tax
+743 tag/title
+$925 acquisition fee
+$455 first payment
= $40468
- $3000 upfront = $37468 adjusted CAP
Even with the inflated money factor, I get $432/mo. (vs. $455)
With the base MF = $419/mo.
I'll guess there is a big dealer fee, that they haven't disclosed.

$501/mo+tax, with those numbers.
11% sales + lease tax?
If so, off about $5/mo.
With the sales/lease tax in PA, I think $450/mo is going to be a stretch.
Unless you are eligible for loyalty (extra $2K)
