Please let me know what you guys think about this lease deal.
New 2020 BMW 330i xdrive, 36m/10k MSRP $50,195 Selling price $42,250 Drive off cost: $1500 (includes upfront tax on whole lease as required by my state, title, registration, 1st payment) Monthly payment: $428 They're also paying the last 3 months of my c300 lease (under $400/month)
I know we're all about MF and RV on this forum, but I didn't ask in this case. Figured it was a good enough deal. Called multiple times to go over the quote they sent me and there don't seem to be hidden fees.
Thoughts?
Looks really good.

Signed deal yesterday and it checked out as stated. Just waiting on the payoff for my c300 to go through which they said should happen quickly. Thanks for your help! This forum has been really helpful.

Hi, I am looking for a M340i 36/12k (77381), and I see that for both 2020 and 2021 models the MF is 0.00082 and the RV 57% (so, the same for both years). The only difference would be on the incentives? If so, can you please provide? I actually own a BMW. Thanks!

You clicked the wrong button for tax. In TX, tax is levied on the full selling price.
I'm only paying for the negative equity left on my current trade and first month. I won't be paying taxes upfront. Does this mean they add that into the loan amount thus increasing the monthly? When I choose the other tax option for TX it decreases the monthly and increases the DAS.

The tax is collected upfront. If you want to roll it into the CAP cost, then just add the tax amount to the sale price, and leave out the sales tax on the calculator. (6.25% of selling price)

This is what they just sent me. It is not matching what I put in the calculator.
Did I enter something wrong? The Selling price is 16% but the payment is still high. I wonder why… Sorry, my first lease.
***the cash down is for my trade. I owe a lot. It needs about the same amount in repairs. Basically, I am trying not to have to deal with repairs for a while. I owe $17 they are giving $9K…I have to cover the remaining $8K. (don’t judge me on this part…I just really want to get rid of it. I’ve spent so much in repairs and now the drive train malfunction appears and needs lots more work.)

Using the MSRP and "Balance" numbers, with 55% residual (less the $1000 for the demo miles) and .00082 MF, I get $539/mo.
I agree, the math is off. Ask them for a screen shot of their actual lease worksheet, not the sanitized version they sent. The math is the math, so something is different with the numbers.
Looking at an M340i. It is $64,170 with Executive, Premium, Driving Assistance, HK stereo, adaptive suspension, 19" wheels, wireless charging, ambient lighting, power tailgate. They initially offered $890 a month on a 36 month 12k mile/year lease. This was $500 down. The selling price was $62,170 before rebates, which are $3k for me (loyalty/lease incentive). I asked for $57,100 before rebates, about 11% off. That's what I found people are getting based on other comments. They said MF would be higher than the base 0.00122 vs 0.00082. They're out of state and say it's "extra work" to change the tax to be paid upfront so that's the reason. It's a phony statement but I'm willing to wiggle slightly.
They're now offering it at $60,170 before rebates. Is this a good sales price? It's about 6.3% off. I want to hold out for more.

Also, any idea what percentage off MSRP I should be aiming for a lease and a new car? Thank you!

For the loaner, target 15-18% off MSRP, before the incentive.

It seems in line with what I was offered at $599 monthly for this car.
