Got it - I was using the selling price as the cap cost. Once I add in the fees, I get $733/mo, after tax.

My cap cost is now $59,073 - find out what number the dealer is using, and what they've added to the selling price to get there.

So after a few rounds of negotiation I was able to get the attached offer for a lease on a fully loaded T6 Momentum. Note I did also get them to drop the money factor to 0.00141. I do feel like there is more room to drop down the cap cost. What do you guys think?

The $10K you are staring your lease with doesn't change the cost of your lease, that just means that you risk losing that money if the car is stolen or totaled during the lease.

Have the dealer give you check for the equity in your trade, after they've taken out the first payment and registration costs, and take the higher payment.

No, CAP cost reduction (either down payments or rebates) are taxed upfront.
If you have $10K in CAP cost reductions, and your sales tax rate is 10%, $1000 will be paid in tax out of that amount.

The bank owns the new car, not you. I'm not intimately knowledgeable about WA sales tax rules, but I don't think they have any sort of trade-in tax credit when you get a lease.

@Valgrind - you should see if they can match the offer I just posted! Otherwise, have this dealer ship to you. Would still save you a ton of $$ depending on what incentives you qualify for.
