    We currently have a 2017 RDX Tech lease to return. Looking for incentives on 2020 RDX Advance AWD in NJ, 08753. We would likely finance with Acura Finance to obtain any finance incentives and pay off afterwards. Any suggestions on negotiating extra $$$ off of a demo with 2K miles on it? As always, thanks so much!

    Here are the hypothetical numbers I'm working with and want to check that I am figuring a lease price correctly, please.


    MSRP: $47000
    Owner Loyalty Incentive: - 3,000
    Acura Finance Incentive: - 2,000
    Dealer Discount: - 6,000

    Sale price with discounts: $36,000
    58%/.00215 No money down. Would pay doc fees, title, registration, FL fees (about $1500) + 1st month at signing.

    I calculate $379 + tax for monthly payment. Am I on track???? Thank you for your help!

    The finance incentive is not valid when you lease.

    The lease incentive is to the dealer (and is now $3500 for September) and will be part of the dealer discount amount - you are double counting it in your calculations.

    Loyalty incentive dropped to $1500 for September.

    Also, the residual value changed for September - what term and mileage?
