Lease is $500/month-tax incl; 39 months, 15k miles/yr W 1st payment $500 at signing. Is this a good deal or do we have more room to negotiate? This is on a courtesy vehicle. My zip is 44060. .00033 and 53% (but, I'll guess there is an adjustment to the residual for the existing miles)

20% off MSRP is a good discount, and overall, that's a decent payment relative to MSRP, with only first payment due at signing.

But, it never hurts to try and go lower.
