    Hi Everyone, hope all are well. I'm going to lease my wife a new 2020 XT6 Premium Luxury AWD. Going to do 3 year/10K miles. Also, going off the Cadillac website car builder, MSRP of what she wants is $62,640. What is current MF and RV for zip code 63124? Also, any other information that you think would be helpful would be appreciated.

    Is this a good deal? Premium lux awd. Msrp $59,500. After rebates and dealer discounts, and doc fees etc; sales price Is $47750. Lease is $500/month-tax incl; 39 months, 15k miles/yr W 1st payment $500 at signing. Is this a good deal or do we have more room to negotiate? This is on a courtesy vehicle. My zip is 44060. Thanks for any info.

    .00033 and 53% (but, I'll guess there is an adjustment to the residual for the existing miles)

    20% off MSRP is a good discount, and overall, that's a decent payment relative to MSRP, with only first payment due at signing.

    But, it never hurts to try and go lower.

    Ended up with a $65350 MSRP Sport for $508/month 36months 12k a year. True $0 down.
