Looks like they took $2,000 off the sticker price for April, so programs are the same but price is cheaper...I guess that's one way to make the deal (this is in addition to the $2,000 cash back they have, this is better though, non-taxable).

Hi all, hoping for some feedback on a deal as I haven't been quite able to replicate it using this month's figures. It's a PremLux 48 mo, 12k mi/yr deal (assuming .00029 and 48%) in NJ (6.625% sales tax in my payment). Car MSRP is $63,155 and I have GMS which is bringing the price to $55,871 before a $2,000 lease incentive and $1,000 off he said he's adding into the deal to offset the doc fee (since GMS limits it to $75 and he's charging $695). So I am assuming my net selling price is $52,871.

My due at signing is only first payment, bank fee, reg fee, doc fee, and tax on incentives (no cap cost reduction). Monthly payment with 6.625% sales tax in it is $536/mo according to dealer. Does this math work for you guys?

I'm getting something closer to $560/mo. I don't mind a better price of course and I'll closely read the numbers and paperwork when sent over, but can anyone let me know if my numbers are off, his numbers are off, or if either set looks right? Thank you!

Just ask for the adjusted CAP cost, and see what they actual price might be. If you are estimating, then us estimating won't help.
